Jim Middleton

Chief Technology Officer

After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, Jim received his degree in Electric Engineering/Computer Science from Purdue University. Jim became an Optiform partner in 2001. His career work includes automating IC test results for GM, worked with team to develop a B1 secure UNIX operating system and extensive work in developing systems for document management, billing, logistics, dispatching, route management, workflow, and mass storage infrastructure.  In his free-time, he spends time with family, plays tennis and backpacking.

Shannon Crane

Chief Operating Officer

Shannon, an Optiform partner, has 20+ years of management experience of which 17 years have been at Optiform. In addition to walking her two dogs, she handles client relations, business development, human resources and managing day to day operations. After hours, Shannon enjoys spending time with her grown children, traveling and IU Basketball.

Wayne Michael

Senior Developer

With over 20 years in the industry, Wayne has been with Optiform since 2006. He is responsible for developing and maintaining software, developing solutions and providing client support.  After hours, you can find him spending time with his wife and small family of 6 boys. In addition, Wayne volunteers as an Assistant Emergency Coordinator for the Hendricks County Amateur Radio Emergency Services.

Aaron Schafer

Solutions and Sales Engineer

Aaron is experienced in various industries handling customer relations, software engineering, and collaboration. Aaron has been with Optiform for over 5 years and has worked closely with clients providing support, implementation and technical expertise. Aside from his work, he likes to travel and is active in the underground music scene.

Maggie Walsh

Administrative Assistant

Maggie has many years of government and business experience.  She holds a
bachelor’s degree in business management.  Maggie spent eight years working at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, joining the Optiform team as administrative assistant in 2015.  A mother of two boys who enjoys watching her sons play sports, outdoor activities and vacations on the beach.
